About udenafil
Udenafil is a PDE5 inhibitor developed in South Korea. It reaches peak levels in about 1 to 1.5 hours and lasts longer than sildenafil. It is not authorized in the EU, UK or US, so English-language leaflets rarely cover it.
About Indian brands
Indian brands are made or marketed by Indian pharmaceutical companies. Some are sold in Indian pharmacies; others are made mainly for export and are not sold in India. Neither status means the product is authorized in your country.
Check the product with your national medicines regulator and use a licensed pharmacy with a prescription.
Using a PDE5 inhibitor safely
Never take a PDE5 inhibitor with nitrates, recreational nitrites (“poppers”) or riociguat, and do not combine two ED medicines. Seek urgent medical help for chest pain, an erection lasting more than four hours, or sudden loss of vision or hearing.
Common side effects include headache, flushing, indigestion and a blocked nose.
