Extra Super P-Force is listed by Sunrise Remedies as sildenafil 100 mg plus dapoxetine 100 mg. The dapoxetine component distinguishes it from Super P-Force, whose company record lists 60 mg.
“Extra” changes the PE component
It is inaccurate to read the whole name as stronger sildenafil: the listed sildenafil amount remains 100 mg. The changed dapoxetine amount matters because the major on-demand reference research and product-information discussion centre on 30 and 60 mg. A 100 mg seller or company listing does not inherit the efficacy and tolerability results for those studied amounts.
The dapoxetine article presents the trial averages with placebo and adverse-effect context. More milligrams should not be interpreted as a proportionate gain in control or a guaranteed extra number of minutes.
What the company source establishes
The current Sunrise catalogue supports the name, company association and listed composition. It does not provide a product-specific randomized trial or establish local authorization for every market. The fixed combination also differs from selected-patient research involving dapoxetine alongside an already stable ED regimen.
Existing antidepressants, other ED medicines and fainting or blood-pressure concerns need to be considered together. This record keeps the unusually high partner amount visible for identification and review; it is not a recommendation to choose it after a lower-strength product seems disappointing.

Listed strengths identify a product; they are not dosing advice. A listing in one country does not show that a product is authorized where you live.
About sildenafil
Sildenafil supports the erection response to stimulation. Food can delay absorption of ordinary film-coated tablets; blood half-life is not a guaranteed response window. Timed follow-up can help explain an apparent nonresponse.
About dapoxetine
Dapoxetine has defined regional PE indications and on-demand trial evidence. Control and distress matter as well as measured minutes. Fainting, alcohol and interacting medicines need review; standalone evidence does not validate every ED/PE combination.
About Indian brands
Indian-company brands have different retail and catalogue evidence. A pharmacy database entry does not establish current stock, and absence from a checked database does not prove export-only manufacture. Company association, exact product identity and local authorization are separate questions.
About fixed combinations
A fixed combination puts two medicines in one tablet at set doses. Each ingredient brings its own side effects and interactions, and approval of each ingredient on its own does not mean the combination is approved or suitable.
Do not add another ED or PE medicine to a combination product.
Using a PDE5 inhibitor safely
Never take a PDE5 inhibitor with nitrates, recreational nitrites (“poppers”) or riociguat, and do not combine two ED medicines. Seek urgent medical help for chest pain, an erection lasting more than four hours, or sudden loss of vision or hearing.
Common side effects include headache, flushing, indigestion and a blocked nose.
