Super P-Force is a Sunrise Remedies combination of sildenafil 100 mg and dapoxetine 60 mg. Company evidence names both a tablet and an oral-jelly presentation. Those forms share a listed composition, while formulation equivalence remains a separate question.
The two-component comparison
Sildenafil addresses an erection-response problem; dapoxetine addresses ejaculation control in a defined PE prescribing context. A combined tablet fixes their printed amounts together. It does not establish that someone needs both ingredients or allow each to be assessed independently by changing one component.
Extra Super P-Force is a different composition, with a higher dapoxetine amount in the company catalogue. “Extra” therefore needs to be read as a product distinction, not a promise of better treatment.
Evidence and regional warnings
There is clinical research on adding dapoxetine to a stable PDE5 regimen in selected men, but that trial was not a product-specific comparison of Super P-Force tablet and jelly. Australian Priligy information also advises against PDE5 co-use. The dapoxetine article gives the study results and explains that regional-label context.
The Sunrise record supports the named combination. It does not establish authorization everywhere or remove the need to review other ED treatment, antidepressants, nitrates and blood-pressure effects. A jelly may offer a handling preference, but should not inherit an untested claim of faster or safer action.

- Where we found it
- In October 2026 we found it in Sunrise Remedies’ own catalogue, not in the Indian retail pharmacy databases we checked. Absence from the retail databases checked does not establish export-only status or current availability.

Listed strengths identify a product; they are not dosing advice. A listing in one country does not show that a product is authorized where you live.
About sildenafil
Sildenafil supports the erection response to stimulation. Food can delay absorption of ordinary film-coated tablets; blood half-life is not a guaranteed response window. Timed follow-up can help explain an apparent nonresponse.
About dapoxetine
Dapoxetine has defined regional PE indications and on-demand trial evidence. Control and distress matter as well as measured minutes. Fainting, alcohol and interacting medicines need review; standalone evidence does not validate every ED/PE combination.
About Indian brands
Indian-company brands have different retail and catalogue evidence. A pharmacy database entry does not establish current stock, and absence from a checked database does not prove export-only manufacture. Company association, exact product identity and local authorization are separate questions.
About fixed combinations
A fixed combination puts two medicines in one tablet at set doses. Each ingredient brings its own side effects and interactions, and approval of each ingredient on its own does not mean the combination is approved or suitable.
Do not add another ED or PE medicine to a combination product.
Using a PDE5 inhibitor safely
Never take a PDE5 inhibitor with nitrates, recreational nitrites (“poppers”) or riociguat, and do not combine two ED medicines. Seek urgent medical help for chest pain, an erection lasting more than four hours, or sudden loss of vision or hearing.
Common side effects include headache, flushing, indigestion and a blocked nose.
