Silvitra (sildenafil + vardenafil)
Silvitra combines two ED medicines, sildenafil 100 mg and vardenafil 20 mg, in one tablet. See why that is a concern.

- RSM Enterprises
Silvitra is listed by RSM Enterprises as an uncoated tablet containing sildenafil 100 mg plus vardenafil 20 mg. This is a documented company/supplier listing, unlike a product whose maker association is wholly unresolved.
Two ingredients from the same family
Sildenafil and vardenafil both inhibit PDE5. They are different from combinations adding a PE ingredient such as dapoxetine. Each listed component equals the maximum single amount in its film-coated ED reference context; that comparison does not validate putting both into one formulation.
The reference labels caution against combination with other ED treatments where safety and efficacy have not been established. This review has not identified a product-specific clinical trial showing that Silvitra improves outcomes enough to justify its combined exposure. It would also be too broad to claim that no dual-PDE5 treatment has ever been studied.
A precise medication review
Vardenafil includes QT-related precautions, while both components have nitrate, blood-pressure and metabolic-interaction concerns. A supplier’s listed composition therefore needs a review covering both ingredients and the exact tablet.
The RSM association helps identify what the company offers; it does not establish every factory or worldwide authorization. Sildenafil explains the ordinary-tablet response issues that a second PDE5 ingredient should not be assumed to solve.

- Where we found it
- In October 2026 we found it in RSM Enterprises’ own product site, not in the Indian retail pharmacy databases we checked. Absence from the retail databases checked does not establish export-only status or current availability.

Listed strengths identify a product; they are not dosing advice. A listing in one country does not show that a product is authorized where you live.
About sildenafil
Sildenafil supports the erection response to stimulation. Food can delay absorption of ordinary film-coated tablets; blood half-life is not a guaranteed response window. Timed follow-up can help explain an apparent nonresponse.
About vardenafil
Vardenafil film-coated and orodispersible reference tablets are not bioequivalent. A dissolving form does not establish that every jelly or Professional product works faster. QT-related history and interacting medicines need review.
About Indian brands
Indian-company brands have different retail and catalogue evidence. A pharmacy database entry does not establish current stock, and absence from a checked database does not prove export-only manufacture. Company association, exact product identity and local authorization are separate questions.
About fixed combinations
A fixed combination puts two medicines in one tablet at set doses. Each ingredient brings its own side effects and interactions, and approval of each ingredient on its own does not mean the combination is approved or suitable.
Do not add another ED or PE medicine to a combination product.
Using a PDE5 inhibitor safely
Never take a PDE5 inhibitor with nitrates, recreational nitrites (“poppers”) or riociguat, and do not combine two ED medicines. Seek urgent medical help for chest pain, an erection lasting more than four hours, or sudden loss of vision or hearing.
Common side effects include headache, flushing, indigestion and a blocked nose.
