Filitra is the vardenafil brand that Fortune Healthcare lists alongside Filagra, Fildena and Tadalista. Filitra Professional is a 20 mg sublingual tablet.
Sublingual vardenafil
A tablet that dissolves under the tongue is absorbed differently from a swallowed one. In the reference labels, vardenafil’s orodispersible and film-coated tablets are not interchangeable milligram for milligram, so a sublingual product should not be swapped for a swallowed tablet of the same strength without advice.

- Where we found it
- In October 2026 we found it in Fortune Healthcare’s own product site, not in the Indian retail pharmacy databases we checked. It appears to be made mainly for export, so it may not be sold in Indian pharmacies.

Listed strengths identify a product; they are not dosing advice. A listing in one country does not show that a product is authorized where you live.
About vardenafil
Vardenafil is a PDE5 inhibitor taken before sexual activity. Its orodispersible and film-coated tablets are not interchangeable milligram for milligram, and it needs extra care with medicines that affect heart rhythm (QT prolongation).
About Indian brands
Indian brands are made or marketed by Indian pharmaceutical companies. Some are sold in Indian pharmacies; others are made mainly for export and are not sold in India. Neither status means the product is authorized in your country.
Check the product with your national medicines regulator and use a licensed pharmacy with a prescription.
Using a PDE5 inhibitor safely
Never take a PDE5 inhibitor with nitrates, recreational nitrites (“poppers”) or riociguat, and do not combine two ED medicines. Seek urgent medical help for chest pain, an erection lasting more than four hours, or sudden loss of vision or hearing.
Common side effects include headache, flushing, indigestion and a blocked nose.
