Filagra (sildenafil)

Filagra is a sildenafil brand from Fortune Healthcare with tablets, jellies and other forms. See its listed variants and what to check.

Active ingredient
Sildenafil
Form
Tablet; oral jelly; sublingual, chewable and effervescent forms
Company
Fortune Healthcare Product Pvt Ltd

Filagra is a sildenafil brand from Fortune Healthcare. The company lists Filagra 25, 50 and 100 mg tablets and says the brand also comes as oral jelly, sublingual, chewable and effervescent forms, with names such as Double, Strong, XXX, Super Active, Professional and Extra Power.

What the names do not tell you

The company page does not give the sildenafil amount for most of these names. Do not assume that “Double” or “Strong” means a safe higher dose: 100 mg is the highest single dose in the reference labels.

Fortune also lists Filagra combinations with fluoxetine or duloxetine (Filagra FXT and DXT). We have not profiled them because their strengths are not published on the company site. See Fildena for the company’s other sildenafil brand.

Where we found it
In October 2026 we found it in Fortune Healthcare’s own product site, not in the Indian retail pharmacy databases we checked. It appears to be made mainly for export, so it may not be sold in Indian pharmacies.

Listed strengths identify a product; they are not dosing advice. A listing in one country does not show that a product is authorized where you live.

About sildenafil

Sildenafil is a PDE5 inhibitor taken before sexual activity. It supports the natural erection response to sexual stimulation; it does not increase desire. The NHS advises taking it about an hour before sex, and a heavy or high-fat meal can delay the effect.

About Indian brands

Indian brands are made or marketed by Indian pharmaceutical companies. Some are sold in Indian pharmacies; others are made mainly for export and are not sold in India. Neither status means the product is authorized in your country.

Check the product with your national medicines regulator and use a licensed pharmacy with a prescription.

Using a PDE5 inhibitor safely

Never take a PDE5 inhibitor with nitrates, recreational nitrites (“poppers”) or riociguat, and do not combine two ED medicines. Seek urgent medical help for chest pain, an erection lasting more than four hours, or sudden loss of vision or hearing.

Common side effects include headache, flushing, indigestion and a blocked nose.
