Avanafil: ingredient and products
Connect avanafil to Spedra and Stendra without mixing their country-specific labels.
Avanafil is the ingredient in Spedra and Stendra. Both names relate to PDE5 inhibitor treatment for ED, but each has its own jurisdiction-specific product record.
How it fits ED treatment
Avanafil supports an erection in response to sexual stimulation. The EU Spedra label and US Stendra label specify their own timing and strength-dependent instructions. A faster stated onset is not a guarantee of an individual response or a reason to combine ED medicines.
Before using it
Nitrates must not be combined with avanafil. The labels also restrict use with strong CYP3A4 inhibitors, a group of medicines that can substantially increase avanafil exposure. A prescriber or pharmacist should check the full medicine list rather than relying on the brand name alone.
Choose the correct market record
Read Spedra for the EU authorization record and Stendra for the US label. Neither record proves stock at a particular pharmacy.
