Spedra (avanafil)
Spedra is the EU-authorized avanafil brand. See its 50, 100 and 200 mg tablets, company record and how it relates to Stendra.

Spedra is an EU avanafil reference product. Its authorization record names Phoenix Labs Unlimited Company as holder, while the product information names a separate batch-release manufacturer. Stendra connects the same ingredient to a US labeler record.
A fast-onset option with defined limits
The Spedra information covers 50, 100 and 200 mg tablets with product-specific timing and interaction instructions. Food may affect the timing of the response, and sexual stimulation is necessary. The label’s context is more useful than the fastest number in an advertisement.
A randomized rapid-onset study found an advantage over placebo for attempts achieving penetration at approximately fifteen minutes and successful intercourse. That is a defined trial endpoint, not a guarantee of readiness for every person or proof of superiority to sildenafil. The avanafil page explains the study’s averages and limitations.
Regional records remain separate
An EU authorization does not authenticate a seller’s Spedra pack or demonstrate present stock. A local leaflet, supplied strength and medicine review still need to match. The same principle applies when a reader encounters Stendra or another avanafil name in a different country.
Avanafil’s metabolic interactions are particularly relevant to a comparison: strong CYP3A4 inhibitors are restricted, and other interacting medicines can change prescribing instructions. Nitrate use and cardiovascular suitability also matter. Convenience of timing should be considered alongside tolerability and interactions, rather than treated as the only difference between oral ED treatments.

About avanafil
Avanafil has early-response evidence, but timing instructions depend on strength and regional label. Early-attempt trial results are not a guarantee or an active-drug comparison. CYP3A4 inhibitors and blood-pressure interactions matter.
Using a PDE5 inhibitor safely
Never take a PDE5 inhibitor with nitrates, recreational nitrites (“poppers”) or riociguat, and do not combine two ED medicines. Seek urgent medical help for chest pain, an erection lasting more than four hours, or sudden loss of vision or hearing.
Common side effects include headache, flushing, indigestion and a blocked nose.
