What is the same
Both work in the same way and need sexual stimulation. The same warnings apply: never combine either with nitrates, recreational nitrites (“poppers”) or riociguat, and seek urgent help for chest pain or an erection lasting more than four hours. A 100 mg tablet of either contains the same amount of sildenafil.
What differs
Viagra’s EU authorization covers its own presentations; it says nothing about Kamagra. Kamagra’s jelly and chewable forms have no Viagra equivalent, and Viagra’s 25 mg starting strength has no Kamagra equivalent in the listings we found. Whether Kamagra is authorized in your country is a separate question for your national regulator.
Choosing between them
The brand matters less than three checks: the right strength for you, a product authorized where you live, and a licensed pharmacy. Sildenafil explained · Indian brands explained
