Tadalafil labels distinguish a daily regimen from treatment before sexual activity. Daily use is a prescribed approach, not a way to turn a higher-strength as-needed tablet into an everyday routine.
Why the distinction matters
The Cialis EU product information describes lower-strength daily use and says the appropriateness of that regimen should be reassessed. It does not recommend continuous daily use of the higher as-needed strengths. Sexual stimulation remains necessary.
Discuss the choice
Ask your prescriber how the regimen fits your expected use, other medicines and health conditions. Kidney or liver problems and interacting medicines can affect suitability. Do not add an as-needed ED medicine to daily tadalafil without advice.
Keep the product instructions together
The Cialis and Tadacip records connect to the tadalafil hub but use different jurisdictions. Follow the leaflet for the prescribed product. For missed doses or uncertainty, ask your pharmacist rather than doubling a dose.
Expectations and follow-up
Daily treatment is not a promise to cure the underlying cause of ED or restore unassisted function permanently. Review benefit and adverse effects with the clinician. Nitrates and riociguat must not be combined with tadalafil.
